The latest example is Somewhere Restaurants, set on the fourth floor of Harrods. As the below photograph shows, the architectural setting is nothing short of breath-taking, with ornate ceilings, panelled walls and tall pillars which set the scene for this special space. 

Yet what makes the restaurant truly memorable is the way the furniture and cushion design details bring warmth and character into this elegant and grand setting. 

Patchwork-style cushions tie the scheme together with colour and texture, while Inside Out’s bespoke Velmello chairs, upholstered in contrasting fabrics and finished with fringe and piping, add a touch of playfulness to the refined surroundings.

Shades of green and orange are layered with soft neutrals to form a natural, calming oasis, perfectly complemented by lush planting and oversized terracotta pots. The venue is filled with a kaleidoscope of shapes, colours and tactile textiles which gives the room a fresh, fun and playful personality, while still offering guests comfort that encourages everyone who sits to linger for hours. At the centre of this stunning interior design is the custom made Velmello chair. Creating the Velmello lounge chair demanded true craftsmanship. Its softly curved outer shell contrasts elegantly with an enveloping inner seat, upholstered in a combination of Enchant Cactus and Velvet Cinnamon, paired with Cabaret Spruce and Paprika.
